Blake Shelton’s special day was given the trademark Gwen treatment, and the Internet just cannot keep calm. Gwen did soul tribute to him, calling him her greatest love. The tribute was aired in a video montage that was gradually old-guy-endorsement-half-melting-the-mind-away-from-hard-to-melt pixels. In the end, as usual, the comment section got ugly. Gwen put up a clip, with the lyrics “l do not wanna live without you,” showing some very candid and beautiful moments of the two laughing, hugging-the-kind-of-stuff-that-will-either-very-much-convince-you-about-love-or-at-least-make-you-want-to-have-a-videographer-to-follow-your-own-love-highlights. The caption? Simply powerful: “Happy birthday to my greatest love @blakeshelton u are my everything!!” Followed by the heart emojis, of course.
Shucks, the comment section decently followed the script-well-wishing and talking about how perfect they are. “Cutest couple ever. Enjoy your day, Blake,” one gushes and another says, “Blake, you are beyond blessed. You really do have it all!” One who has a birthday with Blake is also jumping in: “Happy Birthday Blake. It’s my birthday today also.” So cute.
Now… comes the rest of Twitter. Someone just had to bring politics in, asking, “What do you & your everything think of what Trump is doing to immigrants?” Like, sir, this is a birthday post. Another threw in straight chaos: “Not so your everything when he doesn’t reply back to u or sleeps with me behind your back.” Bold claim with zero proof, but okay. The wildest part? Somebody actually had to tell another user to “stay away from Gwen’s husband BLAKE please” after a questionable comment entered the fray. The drama calls for itself.
In general, aside from the randoms trying to hijack the vibe, the replies stayed mostly positive. They just adore seeing them together, which Gwen’s post more than solved. That gut-busting video, coupled with “everything,” just means the showbiz couple thing can’t be all that they’re about; this is an actual inspiration to a couple.

Meanwhile, Blake had to have had the greatest-gift-of-a-birthday-ever. Public letter of love from Gwen? So jealousy-inducing. Here is to many more years of witnessing them chugging some sick-cute juice. Because if there is anything the internet agrees on (disregard a few trolls), it is that Gwen and Blake are winning at love.
