A glimpse into Heidi Klum’s romantic retreat with her husband Tom Kaulitz got all of the Internet talking. The supermodel shared a cozy clip with the Tokio Hotel musician captioned, “It’s another day for you and me in paradise.” Whereas some melted over their collusion, others could not help but scrutinize the model’s visage, particularly whether or not she was in makeup.

With them laughing and enjoying each other’s company, the video juxtaposed with a happy tune. In reality, the drama started in the comments, where one fan stated passionately that Heidi looks “much, much, much prettier” without makeup and called her a “fantastically amazing woman.” That comment sparked up a mini-debate among the users, some agreeing and others insisting the image may have been filtered. “You can even see where the filter glitched,” said one user. “Either way, Klum is stunning.”
The age-gap talk, as always, got underway. (Heidi’s 51; Tom is 34.) Another fan offered their opinion on dating a younger man: “My partner and I also have a bigger age difference–I’m 44, he’s 30–and it works. We’ve been together seven years and are getting married in September!” A few others shared stories which proved that love doesn’t always work on a conventional timeline.

What celebrity post is not rife with contradiction? Someone reminded her cheekily, “Weren’t you not going to post anything during this vacation?”—a sly dig at Heidi’s previous declaration that she would maintain privacy during the trip. But hey, when you are this iconic, rules are more suggestions.
