Not every MCU hero can become the next Iron Man. While many heroes from the franchise’s 15-year history have gone on to become major players in the MCU, there are several others who have been pushed to the sidelines, be it from an underwhelming solo movie or a lack of overall fan response. But one Marvel hero, who already has a standalone project in the MCU, has been seemingly forgotten by the cinematic universe. Thankfully, that could all change in Avengers: Doomsday, as Oscar Isaac has teased the return of his cult-favorite “hero”: Moon Knight!
