Mark Hamill wrote an entire reflector on his experience of filming ‘The Long Walk.’ According to him, it is a really unforgettable journey with a project, of which he is immensely proud with the cast and crew involved. Known for the Luke Skywalker role, the actor posted behind-the-scenes footage from the set with a caption praising those who worked on the film. Hamill went further to say that he felt lucky even to have had the small chance of being a part of this film’s life.

The image has some vibes pertaining to the making of this film. Hamill is garbed in military attire: a cap, and black sunglasses, and is standing with his arms crossed with quite a serious glare. The room seems rather sparse-a patterned rug here and there to keep monotony at bay. The massive mirror catches the glassy reflection of someone sitting on the floor, presumably Idly, who is probably recording the moment on his phone. The collage of black-and-white images on the wall adds an element of crypticism-if not tease-the very thing that the film is meant to be all about. This is one of those shots where serious timely cinematic moments meet casual behind-the-scenes.
The public reacted with mixed views about the film’s great announcements and alignments with the acting of Hamill. One such spectator opined, “Really good,” while he continued to praise him, stating that Hamill “did a fantastic job in it.” Even better were the words that followed: “Saw the movie last night and absolutely loved it. I was expecting it to be good but it’s easily one of if not the best movie I’ve seen all year.” Those are impressive words considering the flow of recent releases in the calendar year.
Adding to the wave of praise for the film was yet another observer who gave an unprecedented, lengthy description of the film’s ambiance: “Just saw it Tonight. Id never read the original story. I knew the general idea. But was not prepared. Its stand by me meets the running man meets v for vendetta.” There is a strange and intriguing combination that will stir up curiosity in any individual who has yet to witness the film. It reeks of a coming-of-age road trip, a dystopian competition, and an angry, rebellious spirit.
A crew member remarked on the positive atmosphere of the film set: “Thanks Chelsea! This movie was the highlight of my career! Thanks to you and your Dad for being so wonderful!” This was followed by a short conversation about missing the hot days filming in Winnipeg, thus confirming that the project was shot in Manitoba, Canada. One more local fan spotted that and noted: “Thanks for filming it in Manitoba 😀.”

There entered some. Some comments were quite unrelated: one bizarre query asked if Luke Skywalker would be a so-and-so type of sleeper. Then, as often happens online, a couple of comments tried to interject dodgy politics, but were swiftly smothered by others telling them to move on with their lives.
