It’s a new era of Vanderpump Rules! The iconic Bravo series is coming back for Season 12, but things will look a bit different. After Season 11, it was announced that the series would be rebooted with an entirely new cast. Save for Lisa Vanderpump, of course. Now, we have our first look at the next generation of SUR staffers! Read on below to meet the new cast of the Vanderpump Rules reboot.
The Vanderpump Rules cast for the Season 12 reboot has been revealed
The choice to completely reboot the Vanderpump Rules cast for Season 12 was a slightly controversial one. While some thought a reboot was needed after VPR Season 11, others couldn’t imagine the show without its original cast. However, Bravo promised a new generation of interconnected SUR staffers, and judging from the cast descriptions, it sounds like they delivered. The new cast is full of friends, cousins, and romantic interests who all (with one exception) actually work at SUR and have plenty of drama. We’ll have to wait and see if Vanderpump Rules Season 12 recaptures the show’s glory days. For now, here is everything you need to know about the new cast members.
Angelica Jensen

Angelica Jensen is the new girl at SUR, much like Scheana Shay was in the first season on VPR. And like Scheana, Angelica will stir things up at the establishment and within its established group. She’s an aspiring model and actress. Angelica also has connections with Jason Cohen and Shayne Davis. However, some mixed communication causes a whole lot of drama.
Audrey Lingle

Audrey Lingle is an aspiring actress. Bravo describes her as “all bubbly charm and girl-next-door charisma, making her loved by (almost)everyone on the staff.” At the start of Season 12, Audrey is newly single. However, a certain bad boy at SUR wins her over.
Chris Hahn

And said bad boy would be Chris Hahn, a bartender at SUR. Chris initially moved to Los Angeles with acting dreams, but is now pursuing music. He’s also cousins with another new VPR cast member, Jason Cohen. Chris starts dating Audrey, and apparently their romance causes drama on a cast trip. Vanderpump Rules cast trips are legendary disasters. Could we see this new group give us a trip as wild as Las Vegas or New Orleans?
Demy Selem

Of the new VPR Season 12 cast members, Demy Selem has been working at SUR the longest. She’s also been the manager of SUR for seven years. But being in charge has its downsides, and it seems that her managerial role can impact some of her friendships in the group. Particularly with fellow VPR Season 12 cast member Natalie Maguire.
Jason Cohen

Jason is Chris’ cousin. Bravo describes the two as being “attached at the hip since childhood.” Jason is an aspiring actor. When he works at SUR, he’s a real charmer. As Bravo puts it, “his infectious personality and good looks have won over a few of the ladies and disarmed many of the men.” Like his cousin, Jason also tries to strike up a romance with a fellow SUR employee during Vanderpump Rules Season 12. But it sounds like things don’t work out as planned.
Kim Suarez

Kim Suarez works at SUR and has an on-again/off-again relationship with a coworker, Marcus Johnson. Apparently, their tumultuous romance causes drama within the Vanderpump Rules Season 12 cast. Could this be the next generation of Stassi Schroeder and Jax Taylor? Like her VPR Season 12 castmates, Kim also has aspirations in the entertainment industry outside of SUR. But when the group meddles in her relationship, she starts to wonder if Marcus is negatively affecting her performance at work.
Marcus Johnson

Marcus has been working at SUR for years. However, he is dealing with a personal tragedy, having lost both his parents. This naturally affects things with his performance at work and with his relationship with Kim. Marcus leans on the friend group, especially Shayne and Venus, for support. He is also focused on his DJ career. But will that focus negatively impact his relationship with Kim?
Natalie Maguire

Natalie is a bartender at SUR who aspires to be promoted to manager. However, she apparently had a “recent outburst” that gave Lisa Vanderpump pause. Natalie is closest with Venus, after they started working at SUR on the same day. But she apparently has friction with Demy, Marcus, and Kim. Her dating life also causes drama within the group. Outside of SUR, Natalie aspires to be a pop singer. Could she produce the next Good as Gold?
Shayne Davis

Shayne Davis gets involved in the drama at SUR despite the fact that he doesn’t actually work there. So, it sounds like he’s in a similar position to Tom Schwartz, the only member of the original cast who never actually worked at SUR. Instead, Shayne is focused on a career in acting, improv, and screenwriting. While Shayne is sober, he still goes out on the town with the rest of the group. And he gets romantically involved with them as well. As Bravo teases, “With one foot in and one foot out of the pool of ladies at SUR, Shayne might just make a splash he’s not ready to clean up.”
Venus Binkley

Venus is described by Bravo as “the glue” that holds the Vanderpump Season 12 cast together. He’s the one people turn to for advice, or just for fun gossip. However, this means he finds himself caught up in drama, like whatever happens between Marcus, Kim, and Natalie. While being forced to pick sides in the SUR staff feuds is no fun, it sounds like the group also looks out for Venus. According to Bravo, they convince him to “step outside his comfort zone” when it comes to the dating scene.
Vanderpump Rules is streaming on Peacock.
