‘Fire, enthusiasm, zeal’: Indian troops prepare to march at France’s Bastille Day parade

Indian troops have arrived in France to rehearse ahead of the Bastille Day military parade on Friday. The parade on the Champs-Elysées is an annual event which showcases France’s Armed Forces and those of certain allies. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is the guest of honour this year and will watch the event with President Emmanuel Macron. Our reporters met with the Indian troops taking part to see how they’re preparing for the big day.
