Lisa Rinna has teamed up with Microsoft Copilot’s AI assistant Mico for a shooting festive promo video that magnifies Lisa’s character. The former ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ is portrayed to be in a humorous, yet somewhat absurd, situation, where a virtual assistant helps her through all her holiday troubles and the final product is mainly a humorous remark against Rinna’s household talents, not the gadget.

The whole video is nothing but a big branding of Lisa Rinna. Being nervous about the kind and calling it ‘whackadoodle,’ she mops up and asks for extra help saying, ‘Mico, the cartoon character AI comes to her rescue – He not only guides her in making cakes, wrapping gifts but also making a gingerbread house’.conceiving in Rinna’s mind an easy-going fun and the video shows her as ‘The real housewife of Candy Kane Lane.’ The AI will do the hard parts so that you can, as Rinna puts it, ‘make the most of the holidays, dear.’
Nevertheless, the majority of the audience found the whole concept of Lisa Rinna doing the baking to be the most humorous element, not the AI. A significant amount of the comments became a without-end ribbing about her spouse, actor Harry Hamlin, being the true chef in this home. One person immersed in the humor remarked, ‘Lisa Rinna cooking funniest joke of the year,’ while another nicely put it, ‘Ok but we all know Harry is the one who cooks.’ The comment was so commonly echoed that it became almost a theme. To another commenter going to a well-known incident with Hamlin, she asks, ‘if I’ve learned anything from my )multiple rewatches, it’s that lisa rinna does not cook honey. that’s all harry hamlin.’
Rinna herself got into that particular comment thread with a reply that was pure, a tad her, funny and surrounded everyone reminding her of her profession. ‘Honey it’s called Acting. I’m a actor,’ she said. The original commenter then fired back with his backing, ‘ya know what, you OWN IT GIRL’—thus revealing Rinna’s talent of engaging and taking over the narrative, even when it is a case of her being the target of the jokes.
Outside of the kitchen antics, the promo was successful for Rinna’s mass appeal. Another ‘Real Housewives’ star, Dorit Kemsley, shared her ‘So fun to watch, loved every second!’ and some even labeled it ‘the best holiday commercials’ they had ever seen. The collaboration also caused a flood of comments urging her return to reality TV with many such as ‘I need Lisa back on RHOBH!!!!! Stat!!!!’ and ‘Housewives is not the same without you!’ reflecting the shift.
The collaboration represents a major transformation in Rinna’s career, giving once more the chance to tell the story through the lens of dramatic unfiltered reality TV, which was the basis of her brand. A fan pointed at the trajectory, ‘From Depends to Microsoft…you just keep winning, Rinna!’ The campaign very cleverly rides on her already well-established exaggerated personality and uses it to propose the idea of an AI assistant. This blend has the tech help mixed with the already fabulous and dramatic.
Not all the comments were related to Rinna’s show or what was happening in Harry’s kitchen, though. Some comments were just highlighting Rinna’s timeless charm that still shines through even after all these years. An example of a happy response would be, ‘THIS IS SOOOO GOOD!!! Lisa you are such a fkin icon!!!’ A different user emphasized the pleasant atmosphere that the video gave: ‘This was sooooo cute.’

In conclusion, the holiday AI campaign from Lisa Rinna was a major win for the company because it attracted heaps of people’s attention. It not only showcased a new tech tool but also unintentionally helped in reinforcing her public persona, a wise and witty businesswoman who is aware of the joke and whose private life (especially her marriage to Harry Hamlin) is still a preferred aspect of her being famous. Even though the topic might have changed from AI to who is responsible for oven preheating, the interaction was undeniable. Rinna, as always, took it like a pro. Her daughter Amelia Gray has also been in the news recently. She also continues to honor her mother Lois. She recently united with Teri Hatcher and Kathy Griffin for a holiday dance video. She also paid tribute to the late photographer Martin Parr.
