I’ve played a nun before, so that wasn’t really very new for me, but playing a detective in New York, no less, the toughest city in the world to be a detective — that was the best part for me.”

No. Nancy has yet to be found by authorities. However, two ransom notes that were sent to the Guthries are believed to have been sent by the same person(s) who abducted Nancy from her home, CBS News reported on June 22, citing investigators familiar with the case. They believe the same person or group of people sent both notes, which likely came from the same computer IP address.

Nancy’s whereabouts have been unsolved for a while. Only traces of blood and a doorbell security camera proved that she was abducted from her home by a masked and gloved individual, whose identity has yet to be determined at the time of publication.

Is Nancy Guthrie Alive or Dead?

Since Nancy has yet to be found, it is still unclear whether she is deceased or still alive.

Nancy’s children, Savannah, Annie and Camron, posted several social media videos addressing the kidnapper(s) directly, even saying that they would pay as long as the abductor returned their mother.

The Pima County Sheriff’s Office and the FBI are still investigating Nancy’s disappearance.

Nancy Guthrie Ransom Notes Explained

The first ransom note sent to the Guthrie family on February 2 demanded millions of dollars in bitcoin for Nancy’s release. It was sent to TMZ and local news outlets, demanding that the Guthries pay around $4 million to a specific Bitcoin wallet address in exchange for Nancy’s release. In the letter, the abductor(s) claimed that Nancy was “safe but scared.”

The second ransom note, sent days afterward, claimed that Nancy had died. According to CBS News, sources who examined the second ransom note said the apparent abductor(s) said her alleged death was unintentional on their part.

The contents of the second note have yet to be disclosed to the public.

During an interview with NBC in March, Savannah noted that her family believed these two ransom notes were authentic.

“There are a lot of different notes, I think, that came, and I think most of them — it’s my understanding — are not real, and I didn’t see them,” the broadcast journalist said. “But I believe the two notes that we received, that we responded to, I tend to believe those are real.”

Jan. 2021: Kourtney takes Travis on a Palm Springs getaway

Kourtney and Travis posted the same scenery snapshots to their Instagram accounts on January 23, 2021. The photos showed a sunset with the massive pool at Kourtney’s mom Kris Jenner‘s Palm Springs estate in the foreground. Two days prior to that, Kourtney shared Instagram selfie, which showed her posing in her closet and Travis dropped a rose emoji in the comments section. Feb. 2021: Kourtney and Travis make their romance official

Kourtney finally confirmed that she and Travis had moved beyond friendship to dating. On Feb. 16, she made him Instagram official in a photo showing her perfectly red manicured hand holding onto the rocker’s heavily tattooed hand. Oct. 2021: Kourtney and Travis get engaged

Kourtney and Travis got engaged on October 17. The romantic proposal took place in the middle of a gorgeous floral arrangement on the beach in Montecito, California. Travis led Kourtney out to the gorgeous setting, which included roses designed in the shape of a heart and candles, before popping the magic question. And of course, Kourtney said yes! April 2022: Kourtney and Travis have a Las Vegas wedding ceremony

Kourtney and Travis had a non-legal Las Vegas wedding ceremony on April 4. Almost six months after Travis popped the question, the pair got said their vows after the 2022 Grammy Awards, according to TMZ. The pair went to an intimate wedding chapel with their own security and photographer. In true Vegas fashion, the couple had an Elvis Presley impersonator pronounce them husband and wife! Unfortunately, due to going to the chapel at 2 a.m., they were unable to obtain a legal wedding license.

May 2022: Travis and Kourtney legally wed in Santa Barbara

Making it legal! Kourtney and Travis officially wed — paperwork and all — at a Santa Barbara courthouse on Sunday, May 15, 2022. The Poosh founder wore a short white Dolce & Gabbana dress adorned with a heart, paired with burgundy velvet heels and a veil, while Travis opted for all black. The couple kept the ceremony intimate with just her grandmother MJ present and his dad Randy Barker. Shortly after getting married, Kourt and Travis shared photos of the event to social media as they posed in a vintage car.

June 2022: Travis and Kourtney have their wedding in Italy

Kourtney and Travis were joined by their friends and family — including all six of their kids, as well as her sisters and mom — for an epic multi-day wedding celebration in Portofino, Italy at the historic Castello Brown. June 2023: Kourtney announces she’s pregnant

After a lengthy and eventually truncated IVF process, which was documented on Hulu’s The Kardashians, Kourtney announced she was pregnant on June 16, 2023. The 44-year-old held up a sign reading, “Travis I’m Pregnant” at his Los Angeles concert, which was a callback to 1999’s Blink 182 video for “All The Small Things” in which a female fan did the same.
