Konami has provided our first proper look at gameplay for the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection. The extensive video comes courtesy of PlayStation Underground (so no Switch gameplay specifically here) and includes gameplay from several of the games included in the collection.

What’s nice is that it looks like each game comes with its own custom border with key artwork, though it’s possible this could be an addition specifically for the YouTube video – here’s hoping not! Regardless, the games themselves look like solid ports of the originals, with authentic visuals and audio throughout.

At the time of writing, there’s yet to be any news on a solid release date for the Cowabunga Collection, but it’s earmarked for sometime later this year. We’ll be sure to update you once we know more. In the meantime, you can always check out Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge from developer Tribute Games; we thought the game was spectacular in our review, calling it “the best Turtles beat ’em up ever made”.
