Jeremy Stephens Reacts To ‘Cocaine Conor’ Face-Off, BKFC President Doubles Down They Will fight

Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) fighter turned Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) boxer Jeremy Stephens silenced the Philly crowd last night (Sat., Jan. 25, 2025) when he pummeled former UFC champion Eddie Alvarez, forcing a corner stoppage between round three and four from inside Wells Fargo arena in Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Penn (watch highlights).

After the main event of BKFC “KnuckleMania 5,” Conor McGregor, part-owner of BKFC, faced off with Stephens and proposed a fight inside the bare-knuckle ring (watch it).

During the BKFC “KnuckleMania 5” post-fight press conference (watch here), Stephens reacted to his face-off with McGregor.

“‘Ol, cocaine Conor,” Stephens said. “He’s got a long path, bro. It’s all good promotion. I love it. I loved to come in there, get right in his face, and have him doubt me. I felt like him and [David] Feldman were against me. Everyone was against me.”

Stephens realizes that a fight with McGregor is a long shot because the Irish fighter is under contract with the UFC. So, a matchup with BKFC superstar Mike Perry makes sense for his next fight. However, his dream matchup is still the guy who embarrassed him several years ago.

“Butt cheeks McGregor,” Stephens answered when a reporter asked who his dream fight was. “That’s the one. That’s the money fight, bro…When it comes down to bare-knuckle, no one is beating me. A lot of people say that, but no one is beating me in the game, and I would love a shot to prove it. I’ll go to Ireland…I’ll make him quit.”

All hope might not be lost, as BKFC president David Feldman revealed during the same press conference that McGregor tapped him on the shoulder and told him to tell the media that he would be fighting Stephens in BKFC.

Suuuure.
