Mike Perry earned a pass and Cody Garbrandt is still invited to the Lewis Family Cookout.
Former UFC two-division champion, Conor McGregor, may not be so lucky after his racially-charged post on social media last week, one of many deranged rants from the wealthy and washed fighter with way too much time on his hands.
“Surprised [Daniel Cormier] didn’t mention nothing about Conor calling his brother Khabib a n*gga or inbred,” UFC headliner, Joaquin Buckley, wrote on Twitter. “I feel like we too comfortable with anybody saying n*gga nowadays, especially in the UFC. So with that being said, starting this trend back again: say n*gga/er around me [and I will ] lay hands on you.”
“Nah, I think that’s a good thing,” braindead middleweight contender Marvin Vettori, currently ranked No. 7, replied on Twitter. “N*gga such bullshit word, makes zero sense.”
“Okay Marvin, I’m [gonna] bless you when I see you,” Buckley added.
Buckley is coming off a technical knockout victory over Colby Covington as part of the UFC Tampa headliner back in December. “New Mansa” has now captured six straight wins and could be in line for a division title shot with another big performance.
Assuming he doesn’t run into Vettori and get bounced for a “Punisher” style ambush.
