Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has instructed his delegation to travel to Cairo on Thursday to continue Gaza ceasefire talks. Under the first phase, Hamas freed 25 Israeli hostages and returned the bodies of eight more in exchange for nearly 2,000 Palestinians. Israeli forces have withdrawn from most areas, and humanitarian aid has surged. The second phase will involve the release of the remaining hostages for more prisoners, a full Israeli withdrawal, and a lasting ceasefire.
