UFC 312 results, live streaming updates | du Plessis vs. Strickland 2 ‘Prelims’


Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) brings us just our second PPV of the year with UFC 312 happening “Down Under” inside Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney, Australia, TONIGHT (Sat., Feb. 8, 2025), streaming LIVE on ESPN+ PPV. UFC 312’s pay-per-view (PPV) main event is Dricus du Plessis vs. Sean Strickland 2 for du Plessis’ 185-pound title. The co-main is Zhang Weili defending her women’s Strawweight title against No. 1-ranked contender, Tatiana Suarez.

UFC 312’s “Prelims” have numerous fighters who will get fans in Australia/New Zealand excited. The featured “Prelims” bout has slick striker, Jack Jenkins, taking on Gabriel Santos, at Featherweight. There’s also Lightweight prospect, Tom Nolan, taking on Viacheslav Borshchev. The “Prelims” also include former super prospect, Wang Cong (who was humbled last time out), taking on the much-improved Bruna Brasil. We’ve also got Aleksandre Topuria (brother to Ilia Topuria) making his UFC debut. He’ll be fighting the undefeated Colby Thicknesse.

Rounding out UFC 312’s “Prelims” are Kody Steele vs. Rongzhu, Kevin Jousset vs. Jonathan Micallef and Quillan Salkilld vs. Anshul Jubli.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) continues its 2025 pay-per-view (PPV) schedule on Sat., Feb. 8, with a rematch between 185-pound kingpin, Dricus du Plessis, running it back against the man he lifted the belt off little more than one year ago, Sean Strickland, in the five-round main event. In UFC 312’s championship co-headliner from inside Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, women’s Strawweight roost-ruler, Zhang Weili, will defend her belt against undefeated (and oft-injured) 115-pound contender, Tatiana Suarez. UFC 312 will also feature a hard-hitting Heavyweight battle between Justin Tafa vs. Talisson Teixeira, alongside a Light Heavyweight showdown with Jimmy Crute facing Rodolfo Bellato, and so much more!
