Jon Jones felt the support of his fellow fight fans on Friday night as “F—k Tom Aspinall” chants began to ring out during the official weigh-ins for Dirty Boxing Championship 1 going down this weekend in Miami, Florida.
In case you missed it, Jones became an official part-owner of Dirty Boxing Championship (DBC) earlier this week. It’s a nice investment for “Bones” at this point in his career, especially when you see what Conor McGregor has done with Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC).
On Friday, Jones made his first appearance as part-owner and stepped on stage alongside former training partner and fellow DBC owner, Mike Perry, to help ring in the official Dirty Boxing 1 weigh-ins. Once fans saw Jones walk out they immediately started a collection of “F—K Tom Aspinall” chants as the UFC heavyweight king waved them on for more.

Remember, Jones and Aspinall are still trying to finalize their long-awaited UFC heavyweight title unification bout. It’s been longer than expected, but UFC CEO Dana White promised on Friday that a deal is “done, but it’s not done.” Fans are hoping something gets ironed out quickly so Jones and Aspinall can finally settle their beef inside of the cage.
