Highlights! Female Powerslapper face planted with nasty counter punch | Invicta 61

Former Bellator fighter-turned Powerslap striker Jackie Cataline competed in the co-main event of Invicta FC on Fri., April 4, 2025, and was viciously face planted by Australia’s Jamie Edenden from inside the Grand Casino Hotel & Resort in Shawnee, Oklahoma.

In the first round, both fighters started cautiously, feeling out their striking range. Edenden effectively countered Cataline’s jab and landed a strong right hand against Cataline’s first takedown attempt. Throughout the round, Edenden targeted Cataline’s lead leg with low kicks. Cataline attempted to continue to throw bombs, but nothing landed, and her takedowns continued to get stuffed.

The second round was a lot of the same, with Edenden landing nasty low kicks. At about the three-minute mark, Cataline pressed forward, ate a 1-2, and then, shortly after, ran into a counter right hook that sent her face first to the canvas.

Watch the knockout below:

Cataline (5-4) gained some notoriety when she knocked out Powerslap’s version of Ronda Rousey, or that’s what the slap promotion wanted everyone to believe (watch it). Oh, and the knockout was overturned because it was a “stepping foul.”

Nevertheless, outside of her Powerslap sidequest, the 36-year-old had her two-fight win streak snapped, in which she stopped Kelly Ottoni at Invicta 56 and decisioned Lorrany Santos at Bellator 300.

Edenden (6-2-1) is now riding a five-fight win streak with wins over Genah Fabian, Abby Montes, and Janay Harding, among others.
