In 2024, Air Canada launched a new multimodal partnership with The Landline Company, offering passengers based in Hamilton and Kitchener/Waterloo motorcoach service connections to and from Toronto Pearson (YYZ).
As of September 23, 2025, Air Canada and Landline are expanding the service to operate between Kingston Norman Rogers Airport (YGK) and Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ).
Air Canada Expands Landline Motorcoach Service to Kingston
Air Canada is expanding its multimodal footprint with the addition of new service between Norman Rogers Airport (YGK) in Kingston, Ontario and Toronto Pearson (YYZ).
As of September 23, 2025, Landline will offer twice-daily round-trip service between the two airports, offering passengers a smooth connection experience on either end.
The schedule for the luxury motorcoach service between Kingston (YGK) and Toronto Pearson (YYZ) is listed as follows:
- AC2514, departing Kingston (YGK) at 4am, arriving at Toronto Pearson (YYZ) 6:50am
- AC2515, departing Toronto Pearson (YYZ) at 8:10am, arriving at Kingston (YGK) 11:05am
- AC2516, departing Kingston (YGK) at 2pm, arriving at Toronto Pearson (YYZ) 5:30pm
- AC2517, departing Toronto Pearson (YYZ) at 7:10pm, arriving at Kingston (YGK) 10:05pm
For the launch of the service, passengers can book many motorcoach segments for no additional fee, compared to compared to journeys originating at Toronto Pearson (YYZ). If you have an existing booking, you can add a motorcoach connection for no cost until December 31, 2025 by calling the Air Canada Contact Centre.
As a reminder, Air Canada and The Landline Company launched this partnership in 2024, and continues to operate connections between Hamilton (YHM) and Kitchener/Waterloo (YKF) and Toronto Pearson (YYZ).
Passengers departing from Kingston, Hamilton, or Kitchener/Waterloo will check in as per usual for their flight, their bags will be tagged, and they’ll obtain boarding passes for all segments of their trip.
From designated departure points at the airports in Kingston (YGK), Hamilton (YHM), and Waterloo (YKF), outbound passengers board a Canadian-made fully accessible luxury motorcoach with 36 seats in a 2-1 formation.
For the journey, passengers enjoy free Wi-Fi, a power outlet, and tray table at each seat, as well as overhead storage and an onboard lavatory.
Upon arrival at Toronto Pearson (YYZ), passengers will head to a self-service baggage drop, and then proceed through security to catch their flight.
For passengers arriving at Toronto Pearson (YYZ) and connecting to Kingston (YGK) or other airports, you’ll need to collect your bag and bring it to the Landline motorcoach for your connection.
In the event of any delays on the ground or at the airport, Air Canada customers with Landline connections will enjoy the same protections as anyone on an air-only itinerary.
Plus, you can earn Aeroplan points for both the ground and the air segments as per usual.
