ALL Accor+ Explorer is Accor’s paid subscription that bundles hotel discounts, dining savings (in Asia-Pacific), and an instant status boost into one annual membership.
It used to have several different types of subscription and price points depending on where you lived, but as of October 1, 2025, Accor unified those into a single membership called ALL Accor+ Explorer, which replaced prior Accor Plus membership types.
In this guide, we’ll walk through what ALL Accor+ Explorer includes, what the key rules are (the stuff that actually matters), and how to decide if it is worth paying for in your own travel plans.
How Much Does It Cost?
Accor has positioned ALL Accor+ Explorer as a single-tier product, with pricing generally standardized to the local equivalent of US$229 per year (charged in local currency depending on where you buy it).
You can also pay with ALL points in some markets; the Explorer membership is listed as 14,000 Reward points per year.
That’s a pretty standard baseline for hotel memberships, but the return you get depends on how you use it.
Some American Express Platinum cards (like in Australia or Singapore) include a free Accor+ membership, but for most people, you’ll need to pay out of pocket.
One quick tip when subscribing for Accor+ Explorer is that the expiry seems to be tied to the calendar month rather than the exact day you sign up.
So whether you join on January 1 or January 23, your membership still appears to run until January 31 the following year, which makes it smarter to subscribe earlier in the month if you want to squeeze out a few extra days of benefits.
What Are the Benefits of ALL Accor+ Explorer?
ALL Accor+ Explorer delivers five primary benefits:
- Two Stay Plus FREE Nights (Asia-Pacific only)
- 30 Status Nights + instant ALL Accor Gold status
- Red Hot Rooms: member-only hotel deals (up to 50% off)
- 15% off flexible hotel rates globally
- Dining discounts: 30% off food, 15% off drinks in Asia-Pacific
Now let’s unpack each benefit properly, because the rules matter more than the marketing.
Stay Plus Free Nights
ALL Accor+ Explorer includes two Stay Plus FREE Nights each membership year, available at 1,300+ participating hotels across Asia-Pacific.
These work like a BOGO: book two consecutive nights, and the more expensive night is free. It’s only valid at participating hotels in Asia-Pacific.
Just like the free weekend night that comes with the InterContinental Ambassador status, If you play it right, one Stay Plus booking can more than pay off the membership.

For example, a two-night stay at Fairmont Singapore would cost $2,457.49 but with the Stay Plus, you’ll bring the rate down to $1,115.71, saving over $1,300.

This single booking alone will more than pay back the US$229 membership (roughly $315 CAD at the time of writing). And that still leaves one more Stay Plus night to use.
30 Status Nights and Instant Gold Status
Upon joining, you receive 30 Status Nights instantly, granting ALL Accor Gold status. As long as you renew your membership annually, Gold status is maintained indefinitely.
Gold perks include room upgrades (when available), early check-in/late checkout on request, 48% bonus points on stays, and welcome drinks.

Red Hot Rooms
Red Hot Rooms are Accor’s rotating set of member-only hotel deals, typically ranging 20-50% off standard rates. They work best for flexible travellers willing to adjust booking dates.
For example, the Red Hot Room rate for a Deluxe King room at Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills starts at $132.84 per night, while the standard member rate is $210.78.

A single Red Hot Room night can save $80–90. For frequent Asia-Pacific travellers who track the Red Hot Rooms calendar, the cumulative savings can be significant.
Up to 15% Off Hotel Rates Globally
ALL Accor+ Explorer includes up to 15% off at 4,500+ Accor hotels across 27+ brands worldwide. This is your primary benefit outside the Asia-Pacific region.
The discount applies exclusively to best available flexible rates.
For example, the ALL Accor+ Explorer member rate at Fairmont Tokyo came in at $1,297.17 compared to the flexible member rate of $1,449.78, saving $152.61 in one night (roughly 10%).

Note that certain brands – like 25hours, Hyde, Mama Shelter, Mondrian, SO/, Tribe, and ibis Budget – exclude this discount entirely outside Asia-Pacific.
Dining Discount
The 30% food and 15% beverage benefit applies at 1,600+ restaurants and 1,200+ bars across Asia-Pacific.
In January 2026, Accor simplified the discount structure. Previously, the percentage varied based on the number of diners, but now it’s a flat 30% off food and 15% off drinks, regardless of party size.
You don’t need to be staying at the hotel to use the dining discount—walk-ins are eligible. However, there are blackout dates (e.g., public holidays, festive seasons) when the discount won’t apply.
These vary by country, and Accor publishes the list of blackout dates on their website. It’s wise to check before booking a celebratory dinner.

Some properties or individual venues may also opt out of the dining benefit altogether, especially at premium restaurants or rooftop bars. When in doubt, it’s worth asking the restaurant staff before ordering.
In practice, if you dine at Accor properties a few times a year, the savings can add up fast. A dinner for two costing $200 could net you a $60 discount—repeat that a few times, and you’re well on your way to justifying the annual fee.
Outside Asia-Pacific, the dining benefit shrinks to just 15% off at a handful of luxury properties and brands, so its utility is heavily region-dependent.
Is the Membership Worth It?
If you’re planning a trip to Asia-Pacific and can make use of even one Stay Plus night on a higher-end property, the membership can immediately pay for itself. Stack in a few dining discounts, a Red Hot Room or two, and Gold status on top—and it’s a solid value proposition.
On the other hand, if most of your travel is outside Asia-Pacific or you stick exclusively to prepaid hotel bookings, it becomes harder to justify.
Now, about loyalty tiers. Gold status is a nice convenience tier, but it’s Platinum where the real fun starts.
At Platinum, you get lounge access at participating properties, complimentary breakfast at many Asia-Pacific hotels, and two guaranteed Suite Night Upgrades each year.
You also earn points at a faster rate with a 76% bonus. With Accor+ handing you 30 Status Nights, you’re halfway to the 60 required for Platinum.

For frequent Asia-Pacific travellers, this is absolutely achievable and can open the door to some very comfortable stays.
As for Diamond, the top tier, it’s realistically out of reach for most people. It requires a hefty annual spend (over €10,000), and while it comes with perks like weekend breakfast globally and the ability to gift Gold status, it’s unlikely to be a factor unless you’re consistently staying at Accor properties for work.
And frankly, unless you extremely value things like Fairmont’s Gold Lounge access, Platinum is likely to cover 90% of what you need most of the time.
Conclusion
ALL Accor+ Explorer is one of those rare paid hotel memberships that can justify itself with actual savings, not just “nice-to-have” perks.
If you’ll use the two Stay Plus nights on higher-value stays and take advantage of the dining discount even a few times in Asia-Pacific, the US$229 fee is easy to defend, and Red Hot Rooms can push the value further if you’re flexible with dates.
The 30 Status Nights and instant Gold are a solid bonus, but the bigger play is using that head start to reach Platinum, where the experience starts to feel meaningfully different.
If your travel rarely touches Asia-Pacific or you won’t use the dining and Stay Plus benefits, this is one subscription you can skip without losing sleep.
