‘Good Omens’: 20 Most Romantic Crowley & Aziraphale Moments

Prime Video‘s Good Omens features the longest love story on TV (in terms of the time from their first meeting to where they are now) — and also one of our favorites!

They say that opposites attract, and such is the case for the angel (Michael Sheen‘s Aziraphale) and former demon (David Tennant‘s Crowley) at the heart of this series (based on Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman’s book). They should be on opposite sides, but really, it’s “our side,” with no one else for either of them. (And how can we not love every time Crowley calls Aziraphale “angel”?) Warning: Spoilers for Good Omens ahead!

The finale brought Aziraphale and Crowley’s love story to a close when they sacrificed themselves for a world in which there’s no God, Satan, angels, or demons. But Tennant and Sheen’s human characters, Professor Anthony Crowley and bookseller Asa, met, fell in love, and grew old together.

It’s about “the greatness of the eternity of love,” Rachel Talalay, who directed the finale, told TV Insider. “No matter what universe they will find each other and they will always be together, whether it’s limited in this universe or parallel universes, or they will always — that kind of love endures is the point of it.”

Below, we take a look at Crowley and Aziraphale’s most romantic moments.
