Tom Brady Teams Up with Delta to Reveal His In-Flight Wellness Routine

Tom Brady has teamed up with Delta Airlines on a new video series called “Well Traveled,” a three-part guide to staying sharp and feeling good at 35,000 feet. The collaboration extends his longtime public focus on physical conditioning into the specific demands of air travel.

Brady announced the project on Instagram, pointing followers to a link in his bio for all three episodes. “Peak performance doesn’t stop on the field!” he wrote. “I teamed up with Delta to share how I stay sharp even at 35,000 feet. Watch Well Traveled, three episodes on eating smart, flying fresh, and going the distance.”

The three episodes each cover a different piece of the travel puzzle. Eating smart digs into nutrition and food choices during travel. Flying fresh addresses recovery and keeping the body in good shape mid-flight. Going the distance tackles the demands of longer, back-to-back trips. Together, they offer a practical guide for travelers trying to stay on top of their health between destinations.

For Brady, this kind of content is well within his wheelhouse. His TB12 Method is a wellness philosophy built on nutrition, hydration, and physical conditioning. It became nearly as well-known as his playing career. He co-authored a book on the method in 2017 and built a supplement and training business around it. Translating those principles to air travel is a natural move. His approach has always been about consistency, no matter the setting.

Air travel is genuinely hard on the body. That’s not just athlete-speak. Dehydration sets in faster at altitude. Cabin pressure, disrupted sleep, and hours spent sitting all take a toll. Most travelers accept those side effects as part of the deal. Brady’s point seems to be that there’s a better way to handle all of it.

The partnership is a smart fit for Delta. The airline has spent years positioning itself as a premium travel experience. Upgraded cabins, expanded lounge access, and a focus on overall journey quality are central to that brand. A travel wellness series fronted by one of the most recognized athletes in American sports plays right into that image. Brady brings genuine credibility to the topic. He’s not a celebrity slapping a logo on something. This content fits his actual public identity.

Brady retired from professional football in February 2023. He left with seven Super Bowl rings and 23 seasons on his resume. Since then, he’s built out a busy second career. He joined Fox Sports as a lead NFL analyst and has continued expanding the TB12 brand across wellness content, coaching, and products. “Well Traveled” is the latest addition to that growing body of work.

All three episodes are available now through the link on Brady’s Instagram profile. Road warriors and frequent fliers will find something useful here. And for anyone who lands at a destination feeling drained and stiff, this series might actually have something worth hearing.
