Brooke Hogan has criticized the sale of her late father Hulk Hogan’s Florida mansion. She accused people around him of profiting from his legacy. Following the sale of the Clearwater property, Brooke took to Instagram to mourn the loss of the home where she shared years of memories with the wrestling icon, who died in July 2025 at age 71.
Brooke Hogan slams Hulk’s Florida mansion sale and accuses others of profiting from his legacy
Brooke expressed her anger alongside photos of the mansion, including one showing a “SOLD” sticker. Describing the sale as “dirty money,” she recalled cooking with her father, watching Jerry Springer, playing music and crying together.
She also remembered sitting beside him for hours in the chair where he later died.
Her frustration extended beyond losing the family home. Brooke suggested that her father’s life changed after she was no longer part of it and accused others of using him for their own benefit.
“And now it’s all gone. Sold for profit. Just like him…used for f**king everyone else’s gain. Saddest ending I’ve ever seen,” she wrote.
In another pointed message, Brooke said she had been present for the 15 years before what she described as “vultures swooped in conveniently.” She recalled loving and caring for her father, spending time with him and keeping track of his medications.
The mansion’s sale has added to her grief over losing a home she believed was meant to be where Hulk and his now-ex-wife, Jennifer McDaniel, would grow old together.
TMZ reported that Hulk purchased the 5,400-square-foot beachfront Clearwater mansion for $3.3 million in 2012. The property was initially listed for nearly $11 million in January before selling for $5.9 million.
The neighboring 2,062-square-foot guest cottage also sold for $2.8 million. It remains unclear whether the same buyer purchased both properties.
Hulk died in July 2025 at age 71 after suffering a medical emergency at the Florida property. For Brooke, the sale appears to represent more than losing a house, as she tied it to her memories of her father and frustration over what happened to his legacy after his death.
