Shemar Moore said he was finally happy with his feet after undergoing three surgeries. The 56-year-old Criminal Minds alum jokingly described his feet as “ugly-a**” before revealing more about the procedures.
Shemar Moore revealed he underwent three surgeries after struggling with his feet
While appearing on The Jennifer Hudson Show on October 2 to promote his latest project, Exiles, a spinoff of S.W.A.T., Moore shared details about the surgeries he had undergone on his feet. He said, “I got these eyebrows, I paid a lot of money for these teeth, so I got a big ol’ smile. I try to do a couple of sit-ups so I can lift that shirt.”
“But the lower we go, we get to around my ankles, and just below my ankles ain’t no tan, barely a little bit of brown. Because they ain’t, they ain’t seen the light of day, because Shemar Moore got some ugly a** feet,” he explained.
Moore joked that his feet were “so bad” and revealed that he had undergone three surgeries on them. He humorously attributed his foot problems to God “taking a nap” while making his feet. He also revealed that he had a bunion, which caused a noticeable bump on the side of his foot. Moore said a podiatrist helped “tone it down,” joking that his feet were now “presentable.” He added that he could finally walk by the pool and go to the beach without worrying about them.
Moore previously credited Dr. Robert J. Joseph with correcting his feet, which he candidly described as “all f**ked up.” He gave fans a glimpse of his recovery in 2023 by sharing a video of his bandaged foot after surgery on Instagram. He wrote, “THANK YOU, DR J, aka Dr Joseph @lapodiatrist for turning me into a future Foot Model… Dr J is THE TRUTH!! Homies, Fans, and Baby Girls… FROM THE ANKLES UP I’M A BAAAAAAD MAN!! I just never let you see my feet.”
