There’s nothing like watching a movie in a dark theater with popcorn in one hand and the largest fountain drink known to humankind in the other. Films were meant to be viewed on the big screen, and CinemaCon knows that better than anyone. Known as the world’s largest annual gathering of the motion picture theater industry, CinemaCon 2026 treated attendees to presentations from the foremost studios in Hollywood. Paramount Pictures, Amazon MGM Studios, NEON, Sony Pictures, Universal Pictures, Focus Features, Warner Bros. Pictures, and Walt Disney Studios unveiled their respective upcoming film slates for CinemaCon goers with a focus on 2026 and 2027 (including the highly anticipated Avengers: Doomsday).
Warner Bros., in particular, is under scrutiny due to the Paramount Skydance-Warner Bros. Discovery merger on the horizon. Paramount CEO David Ellison promised CinemaCon attendees that, under the new merger, they could expect “a minimum of 30 films annually across both studios.” Theatrical windows will remain at a minimum of 45 days, with an SVOD (Subscription Video on Demand) release in 90 days. Warner Bros. shocked the world with its most ambitious slate yet, consisting of 27 films scheduled for release over the next few years. The studio’s presentation concluded with the text, “And more to come…” Here’s a breakdown of every upcoming Warner Bros. movie confirmed for 2027 and beyond.
