Royal Caribbean introduces £99 rule on cruises before October | Cruise | Travel

Royal Caribbean is introducing a £99 rule on cruise bookings made before October to give cheaper fares to kids and extra guests.

The cruise line is running a limited time offer that allows kids to sail from £99 on select sailings of three nights or longer. The deal applies to sailings departing on or after August 1, 2026, allowing guests aged 12 and under to sail at a bargain price. The offer is available during school holiday dates, including Easter, half term and summer 2027, so it’s a chance for families to make significant savings during peak holiday seasons. To qualify for the £99 deal, new bookings must be made between now and September 30, 2026, with the fare applying when kids are booked in the same stateroom as the first full fare paying and second guests.

While Royal Caribbean frequently offers bargain deals for kids, this new promotion is more generous as the cruise line is also offering fares from £99 to third and fourth guests on eligible cruises.

This promotion is also available on bookings made between now and September 30, 2026, on select sailings due to depart on or after August 1, 2026.

Customers should note that the offer doesn’t include taxes, fees and port expenses as these are additional and apply to all guests.

Royal Caribbean said the price is per person and cruise-only, based on two guests sharing a double occupancy eligible interior stateroom on selected sailings. The offer is only available to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.

Confirming the deal, Royal Caribbean said: “Kids Sail From £99/€99 applies to new, individual, and named group bookings at prevailing rates made July 31, 2026 – September 30, 2026, on select sailings 3 nights and longer departing on or after August 1, 2026., and provides £99/€99 cruise fare for additional guest 12 years old and younger as of the departure date booked in the same stateroom as the first full fare paying and second guests. Taxes, fees, and port expenses are additional and apply to all guests.

“Kids Sail From £99/€99 excludes all sailings departing on or during any of the following dates:

  • Alaska Cruise Tour sailings departing May 15 – September 11, 2026; November 19 – 27, 2026, December 17, 2026 – January 4, 2027
