Now that we’re back at Camp Rock, we’re not ready to leave!
On August 14, Camp Rock 3 debuted on Disney+, bringing back Joe Jonas as Shane Gray, Demi Lovato as Mitchie Torres, and Nick and Kevin Jonas as Shane’s Connect 3 bandmates, Nate and Jason. The long-awaited return to the beloved Disney Channel franchise introduced a new generation of Camp Rockers, including Descendants: Wicked Wonderland star Liamani Segura as Sage and Zombies franchise star Malachi Barton as Fletch.
So, will Camp Rock 3 usher in another Camp Rock movie? Could Camp Rock 4 be on the horizon? Or will we have to wait another 18 years to head back to our favorite musical camp? Scroll to find out everything we know so far.
Will there be a Camp Rock 4?
As of August 2026, Disney+ and Disney Channel have yet to announce another Camp Rock movie. That said, the end of Camp Rock 3 definitely left the door open for another Camp Rock movie next year. At Final Jam, Mitchie asked Connect 3, “Same time next year?” teasing more to come from the franchise. Honestly, that’s all the confirmation we need that Mitchie, Shane, Sage, and Fletch will be back on our screens in no time.

When would Camp Rock 4 premiere?
If Camp Rock returns for a fourth film, we’d expect to see another summer premiere. Looking at the past Descendants and Zombies franchise release schedules, the next Camp Rock movie will likely premiere in two to three years.
Hopefully, we’ll get to return to camp next summer, but it seems like the summer of 2028 or 2029 would be more likely. In the meantime, Camp Rock stars Liamani Segura, Malachi Barton, and Hudson Stone are set to appear on the Disney Descendants, Zombies & Camp Rock: Worlds Collide Concert Tour.
Who has been cast in Camp Rock 4?
Right now, there is no confirmed cast for Camp Rock 4. However, we’d expect to see all of the main next-generation campers return for a potential fourth movie. This includes Liamani Segura as Sage, Malachi Barton as Fletch, Hudson Stone as Desi, Lumi Pollack as Rosie, and Casey Trotter as Cliff. We also hope to see the Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato return, especially since they teased a reunion at the next Final Jam.
