All Hinox Locations In Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

Quick Links

The Hinox is a species of cyclops bosses found across Hyrule in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Players can find these massive ogres sleeping in open areas, only to awaken and stumble after Link when he gets too close. There are regular Hinoxes, Blue Hinoxes, skeletal Stalnoxes, and the powerful Black Hinoxes. Each one provides excellent monster parts and ingredients when defeated.

Hinoxes can be found in most regions of Hyrule. Their looming size makes them easy to spot from a distance. They behave the same as in Breath of the Wild, becoming stunned when players shoot into their eyes. Although Black Hinoxes are the rarest type of Hinox in the game, they drop the strongest and most potent monster parts that can be used as Fuse materials in Zelda: TOTK.

Hinox Locations on Hyrule’s Surface

There are 40 known Hinox locations along the surface of Hyrule in Tears of the Kingdom. This list includes Stalnoxes, who can only drop a Hinox Tooth and Stalnox Horn when defeated. Hinoxes are the most common variation and drop a collection of fruits after death. In addition, blue and Black Hinoxes can drop roasted meats.
