On Vanderpump Rules, Max Boyens was a general manager (he used to do the same job at TomTom), and it’s time to talk about his life after the show. The one-hit wonder of the Bravo series hasn’t really been missed, especially since news of Tom Sandoval’s affair with Raquel Leviss broke. Fans may be curious about Max’s whereabouts, and what he’s been up to.
Vanderpump Rules viewers were introduced to Max during season 8. For the most part, Max seemed like a well-behaved young man who could handle the responsibility of running a popular eatery. Max was good-looking, and was lusted after by Dayan Kathan and Charli Burnett for most of the season. Even though it didn’t work out between either of the women, the dates were cringe-worthy enough to make the editors cut.
Max Boyens Left His Job At TomTom
It wasn’t a surprise that Max was fired from Vanderpump Rules, after older tweets with racist comments were revealed. Along with Max, Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute (whom he had hooked up with too) were also let go. However, a year after his untimely axing, Max continued to work at TomTom as the general manager. In May 2021, as per The Sun, Max resigned from the restaurant. He was reportedly furious that Lisa Vanderpump and Ken Todd were not paying for his (and the rest of the employees’) health insurance coverage. The three were involved in a verbal altercation, which resulted in Max quitting.
What Does Max Boyens Do For A Living?
According to Max‘s LinkedIn, he’s working as a Guest Experience Manager in the Los Angeles area. He’s been working with Mosaic Hospitality Management for the last two months, to help open an LA hotspot. Before that, Max worked at the TAO Group from June 2022 until January 2023. Previously, the reality TV star was the Chief Financial Officer at Una Más Cocktails.
Max Boyens Teases On IG
Max still has an Instagram, in which he last posted that he’d share positive news soon. Even though the former Vanderpump Rules star didn’t hint at what may be on the horizon, he seemed stoked about the path he has taken. It could be the simple fact that Max was celebrating that he was no longer a part of the drama that is the Bravo series. While Max doesn’t post often, when he does, he is usually posing at the beach with his surfboard, or showing off his lean physique.
