1. UFC parts ways with three more fighters, including infamous Flat-Earther: Kron Gracie was a really cool fighter until Cub Swanson beat him up, then he decided to stop mixing up his game at all.
2. Did Kayla Harrison make weight for UFC 316? Side-by-side look at championship mark against bantamweight limit: Harrison deserves serious respect for her professionalism, she routinely faces one of the toughest cuts in the sport and hasn’t missed yet.
3. Tom Aspinall vs. Francis Ngannou? PFL ‘Predator’ now open to Octagon return — ‘The best competition is in UFC’: I would happily accept Ngannou vs. Aspinall as a consolation prize in the likely event that Jon Jones is retired.

Insomnia

I’m not sure what to make of this post from Nick Diaz’s girlfriend alleging that he was kidnapped and forced into rehab. I hope the best for Stockton’s finest, but this is much more negative than the most recent previous update.

The UFC weigh-in show is an interesting beast, quite a different vibe considering Kayla Harrison was simultaneously killing her kidneys in a sauna somewhere nearby.

Goofing off on Russian TUF does seem like a lot more fun than doing a fight camp.

Aside from helping Khamzat warm up, Arman Tsarukyan also has an above average left kick and generally dextrous left leg, which could be helpful in copying Dricus Du Plessis.

Charles Johnson fights nothing but highly-touted prospects. That’s a hard way to climb the ladder …
