Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) will stage its early and official weigh ins at 9 a.m. local time for this weekend’s UFC Baku mixed martial arts (MMA) event on ABC. Unfortunately for stateside fight fans, Baku is eight hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time, so most of us will be asleep by the time the first fighter hits the scale at 1 a.m. ET.
No worries, we got some West Coast homies to get the job done.
UFC Baku will be headlined by the light heavyweight showdown pitting former 205-pound champion, Jamahal Hill, opposite No. 7-ranked division contender, Khalil Rountree Jr., a five-round showdown that follows the lightweight co-main event pitting Rafael Fiziev in all his bonus-winning glory against Chilean striking sensation, Ignacio Bahamondes.
