Fake Paul! Jake Paul busted for having the most fake followers among influencer boxers | Paul vs. Chavez Jr.

Jake Paul will be back in action later this evening (Sat., June 28, 2025) LIVE on DAZN pay-per-view (PPV) from inside the Honda Center in Anaheim, Calif., but don’t expect all of his social media followers to be watching.

That’s because “Problem Child” ranks No. 1 for the most fake followers among all influencer boxers with over 3.6 million (yikes!). This is according to data obtained by Vegas Insider, which used upfluence’s fake follower tool to calculate who’s lying about their social media fanbase.

Check out the top 20 list below, which includes Jake Paul, Logan Paul, KSI, and many more:

So what does all of this mean? While it’s common for some of these influencer boxers to buy followers to help create an illusion of superstardom, it’s pretty alarming to see just how many fake accounts are tied to Paul. Many people around combat sports already can’t stand “Problem Child” and what he is doing inside the boxing ring so to know he’s fudging his followers only adds fuel to an already raging fire.

Paul, who has been fighting aging combat stars to make a name for himself in the sport of boxing, will meet former boxing world champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr in tonight’s main event. Chavez Jr., 39, is the most decorated boxer Paul has ever faced, but he’s a shell of his former self and even dropped a split-decision loss to Anderson Silva back in 2021.

What are your thoughts on the above? Do you care if Paul is buying fake followers to make it look like people are interested in him and his boxing escapades?

Let us know!
