Kandi Burruss is pushing back after her ex-husband Todd Tucker publicly revealed intimate details from their 11-year marriage. The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum condemned Tucker for discussing their private sex life while promoting his upcoming film ’Til Divorce Do Us Part.

Tucker, 53, recently discussed their relationship in the film’s trailer, revealing that he and Burruss had multiple threesomes during their marriage. In his words, “We did. I would say for most of our marriage we did.”
Burruss responded in a statement to PEOPLE, saying his decision to discuss their private life has only reinforced her decision to divorce him. She said, “A man who has already hurt me to my core is furthering the damage by choosing to sensationalize our sex life to sell tickets.”
“What consensually happens between a husband and wife in the privacy of their marriage is exactly that—private. His current behavior has only confirmed that I did the right thing by getting divorced. I Do, I Did, I’m Done!” Burruss added.
Kandi Burruss first announced her divorce decision publicly on Nov. 21, 2025. At the time, she said she wanted to focus on her peace, family and co-parenting.
“After deep thought and a lot of prayer, I’ve made the decision to move forward with a divorce,” she said. “This is a difficult and emotional time, but my focus remains on protecting my peace, being the best mother I can be, and co-parenting with love and respect.”
The former couple shares two children, son Ace, 10, and daughter Blaze, 6. Burruss also has daughter Riley, while Tucker has daughter Kaela from previous relationships. Despite their split, the pair have continued to co-parent.
Burruss and Tucker first met while filming Season 4 of RHOA in 2011. They became engaged in January 2013 and married in April 2014. After more than a decade together, their marriage is now over, with Burruss making it clear that she wants their private history to remain private.
