Though Jujutsu Kaisen season 3 is in full swing, the new season’s English dub has not been released yet. Jujutsu Kaisen’s English dub is beloved by many fans, naturally leading many to wonder when the next batch of dubbed episodes will be released.
Given Jujutsu Kaisen’s popularity, it’s no surprise that Crunchyroll has confirmed that Jujutsu Kaisen season 3’s English dub is coming. Unfortunately, no specific release date has been revealed by Crunchyroll, leaving fans eagerly waiting for news to drop.
Still, even though there is no official release date, fans have good reason to hope that Jujutsu Kaisen season 3’s English dub is coming sooner rather than later.
Jujutsu Kaisen’s Past Seasons Suggest a Swift Dubbing Process
Jujutsu Kaisen is one of the biggest modern anime, and that has typically accelerated the dubbing process.
Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 began airing on July 6th, 2023, while the first episode of season 2’s English dub first debuted on July 20th of the same year.
If Jujutsu Kaisen season 3 follows a similar structure, then that means new dub episodes will release two weeks after their subbed counterparts. Given this, it’s reasonable to expect the first two episodes of Jujutsu Kaisen season 3’s English dub to premiere around January 22nd.
That being said, there’s no guarantee that the newest season of Jujutsu Kaisen will follow the previous season’s example, and Jujutsu Kaisen season 3’s English dub may skip January entirely for an early February release.
Regardless of what happens, however, fans have good reason to anticipate the release.
Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3’s English Dub Is Destined To Be Epic
Jujutsu Kaisen is blessed with one of the best English dubs in modern anime history. The passion behind the crew is evident with every line read, and not a single character is miscast.
Particular praise needs to go to Yuji and Gojo’s voice actors, Adam McArthur and Kaiji Tang.
These characters are tougher roles than they appear, but McArthur and Tang absolutely nail their characterization. McArthur truly captures the vulnerability and strength behind Yuji, while Tang makes Gojo’s undeniably cool exterior seem effortless.
While Tang might not have much to do in Jujutsu Kaisen season 3, McArthur has some heavy lifting. The series’ third season puts a massive spotlight on Yuji and the trauma he suffered at the end of Jujutsu Kaisen season 2. Yuji is in a tough spot emotionally in season 3, so it will be thrilling to hear McArthur’s take on the material.
It’s unclear at this time when the first episodes of Jujutsu Kaisen season 3’s English dub will be released, but when they do, fans can fully expect exceptional quality.
