Cry for help? Conor McGregor’s disturbing, racially-charged Twitter outburst rattles UFC fanbase

Former UFC two-division champion, Conor McGregor, continues to tarnish his once-admirable legacy with yet another unhinged rant on social media, attacking longtime rival, Khabib Nurmagomedov, after “The Eagle” criticized the talent pool in Ireland.

McGregor appeared to be following up on his “towel” comments from 2019.

Khabib helped lead Usman Nurmagomedov to victory over Ireland’s Paul Hughes at the recent PFL event in Dubai. In the wake of that five-round war, it appeared both sides were able to make peace as professional athletes, which didn’t sit well with “Notorious.”

Add it to the list of “Crazy Connie” outbursts.

McGregor’s rant is just one day removed from the Bryce Mitchell debacle, when the controversial UFC featherweight found himself in the crosshairs of UFC CEO, Dana White, for praising Nazi shitbag Adolf Hitler as a “good guy” with the best of intentions.

“Thug Nasty” is not expected to face any disciplinary action.

McGregor, who turns 37 in July, was soundly defeated by Nurmagomedov in the UFC 229 pay-per-view (PPV) main event back in October 2018 and continues to obsess over his dismal performance — part of a 1-3 run in the promotion’s stacked lightweight division.

“Notorious” is expected to return from a four-year absence at some point later this year.
